Session
Community Lab Family Office - Established - Achieving a future-ready family office
Community Lab
This session will be engaging and interactive; attendees will be invited to participate before/during/after the session to assess the current state of their family office.
We will begin by examining current challenges and opportunities facing single family offices from around the globe and discuss common risk areas faced. We will explore together the critical categories that determine - in our experience - the long-term success of a family office. These categories form the basis of our Family Office Diagnostics Tool, which systematically assesses these key areas to help identify any blind spots that could pose problems for the family office or family in the longer term.
FOR WHOM IS THIS?
You have an established family office with at least 5 years of experience. Key questions include: What is your family ownership strategy? How do you align on risk and allocate resources? What are the KPIs? How do you incentivize managers?
