Framboise Boël
G5 & Coach specialized in professional transition
My name is Framboise (Alexandra) Boël, 5th generation descendant of Gustave Boël, founder of our family business.
Since 2001, I have been practicing as a lawyer at the Brussels Bar, specialized in civil and commercial law as well as a mediator, accredited by the Federal Mediation Commission.
This training, reinforced by the experience I have gained from sitting on boards of directors and at the steering committee of a major corporate advisor in impact management in Belgium, has enabled me to develop a better understanding of the mechanisms of decision-making and peaceful conflict management, a taste for pragmatic and balanced solutions, the ability to reveal talents, active listening skills and a creative optimism.
Since 2021, I've been putting these skills to work with the people I've been helping through their professional transition, as well as for my family.
As an active member of the NextGen committee and co-responsible for the family philanthropic project for over ten years, I use these tools to strengthen cohesion and collective commitment. I hope to be able to share them around the boardroom table, witch I am due to join in May pending confirmation by the General Assembly.

Let's talk, an Ikigai Family Worshop
Workshop
The future is a work in progress. Especially in a family, and even more so in a family business. A family business can reinvent itself over time, as long as it combines a diversity of talents with a shared set of values. Because pleasure is a stronger driving force than duty and sacrifice, it is important that each member is in their right place, a place that allows them to make the best possible contribution to the family and its projects.
The Ikigai Family Workshop provides an opportunity for members of the same family to discuss together their shared values, the talents they see in each other and the contributions they wish to make to their family. These discussions will take place in a private setting and follow a structured process.
Community Lab NxG - NxG Ikigai Worshop: Unlock Your Potential, Ignite Your Future
Community Lab
Have you reached your full potential, both personally and professionally ? Not sure? This Ikigai Worshop is made for you!
Finding your “raison d'être”, or "Ikigai" in Japanese, allows you to become aware of your inner resources, talents and skills, unleash your potential, feel useful and bring more joy to your everyday life. According to this ancient Japanese philosophy, what we do best lies at the intersection of four circles: what we love, what we are good at, what the world needs and what we can be paid to do.
The Ikigaï Workshop is a joyful, pragmatic and well-equipped approach, the first step on an empowerment journey.
FOR WHOM IS THIS?
You are aged between 18-40 yo and wish to further reflect on your role and legacy within your family business. Key questions: how do I find my voice in the family? Should I join the family business, when? How can I become an effective leader.
