Session

To whom do now-generation owners owe their perceived responsibilities?

Case Study

How do now-generation members view their ownership responsibilities? The two panelists families’ backgrounds – one is African and the other one European – help explain the differences and commonalities in their ownership responsibilities and how these responsibilities have evolved over the last generation. Equipped with the audience’s and panelists’ feedback, we will distill universal ownership responsibilities that are critical for globally leading business families to thrive in an increasingly complex world.
