Born in Madrid, the eldest of four siblings. She enjoyed the privilege of the family business prosperity as she is bilingual in English and Spanish after receiving a British education and living abroad.
She is member of the Sustainability Committee of the Board of Directors of Calidad Pascual. Although she does not work as an executive in the family business, she has worked for the family project “Historia Vital” like a historian, documenting, interviewing and collecting the family legacy and learnings for future generations. And afterwards, designing learning journeys for the Family Assemblies for the family members to experience and immerse themselves in their legacy.
Certified Ontological Coach since 2008, Advanced Coach specialized in Body and Movement (2010), dance teacher and enthusiastic member of the Next Generation of her family business. She started her career with a Degree in Theatre Studies and Arts Management at London Metropolitan University, (London, 2007) following her drive into “How can arts promote social and personal development”.
In 2007, she was member of founding team that created CIVSEM Centro de Investigación en Valores (Research Center for Human Values), the main project of the family foundation an her mother’s social entrepreneurship. She participated as specialist in alternative pedagogical methods, in addition to acting as General Management Assistant and Volunteer Coach.
She decided to venture into freelancing as Child and Youth learning facilitator coach in 2010. After her experience as a coach and designing development courses for adults, she wanted to share the tools with children in their own language with “Human Sunrise” in Madrid from 2013-2016. It’s essence was developing self-worth, personal talent and for them to learn to enjoy learning. This was achieved in the means of intensive urban holiday camps or through very special extracurricular activities.
