Alessandra Nishimura embodies the vibrant essence of the third generation within the Jacto Group.
With a degree in Business Administration from PUC São Paulo, she has a diverse journey including printshop ventures, organizing festivals, and expertise in mergers and acquisitions consultancy.
For seven transformative years, Alessandra led as Next Gen Coordinator, fostering collaboration on the FBN Brazil Board, and served for three years on the prestigious FBN International Board.
Currently, Alessandra is a board member of the Jacto Group, where she leads with liveliness and vision as the head of Family Governance. Committed to Family Governance since 2002, she coordinated the Program to develop Future Shareholders among the 18 members of the third generation. With a focus on emotional governance, Alessandra helps her family through challenges. Their reputation for generosity extends beyond borders, as they are esteemed for sharing their stories, wisdom, and invaluable insights with numerous family businesses across Brazil.
Passionate about philanthropy, she co-founded the Arvore da Cidadania project, promoting volunteerism. Alessandra is also involved with the IDF-Instituto de Desenvolvimento Familiar, focusing on transformative programs like the Family Responsible Company Program.
In her spare time, Alessandra volunteers for the pottery Project Chieko Nishimura, nurturing her creativity. But above all, she finds solace in travel, laughter with family, and the companionship of her beloved canine friends. Her journey epitomizes unwavering dedication to improving the world.
