Sonia Pascual

G2, Shareholder and board member of the Owner’s Council of Pascual Corporation

2nd Gen. The third of the four children of Tomás Pascual and Pilar Gómez-Cuétara. She is shareholder and board member of the Owner’s Council of Pascual Corporation. She is also secretary of the Family Council, constituted as a result of the preparation of the Family Protocol, as well as a member of the Sustainability Committee of the Board of Directors of Calidad Pascual (the initial and largest company within Pascual Corporation).


Sonia has a degree in Law from the Universidad Complutense of Madrid, a General Management Program (PDG) from IESE, is also a family constellator and, like her sister Pilar, is a certified Ontological Coach. She promoted the creation of the Tomás Pascual and Pilar Gómez-Cuétara Foundation with the aim of bringing the business world and society closer, and, at the same time, training future professionals and to be people with integrity. President of Club Teype (family office), her tasks within the family business focus on communication, training and education of the family.

A lover of family life and traveling, she has 3 children and enjoys spending time with her loved ones. She is very outgoing and usually represents Pascual Corporation and her family at numerous events.
