Natsuki Yamada

Natsuki Yamada was born as the 12th generation of the Yamada family. After graduating from the University of Bath with a master of Management, she has been the chair of the FBN Nex Gen committee for FBN Japan and holds sessions for family business successors.

She is currently working as a business consultant at one of the Big 4 consulting firms, she supports clients in improving their customer contact points from various perspectives such as marketing and sales strategies to improve their top lines.
