NEW TO 2024: To allow widespread and inclusive participation, we have implemented an attendance limit per family. A maximum of 10 members of the same family will be allowed. This applies to those that register all at once and for those register separately.

 Once registered, we kindly ask you to process the bank transfer within the next 2 weeks. If we do not receive the payment within this timeframe, your registration will automatically be canceled due to high demand.

Please note that you can only register one family at a time, please do not register multiple families at once.

The summit fee

Includes:

  • Full access to 3 Summit Days

  • Full access to Family Visits on Thursday 9 November (must be pre-regsitered)

  • Full access to the 3 Social Events (must be pre-regsitered)

  • Transportation during Summit days (excluding transfers to and from airport)

  • Lunch and breaks

Does not Include:

The summit fee

  • Accommodation - book your accommodation here

  • Learning Journeys

  • Transfers to and from the airport to the Summit venue

Learning Journeys Fee

Cost per person

1,900 EUR

+10% VAT

The Learning Journeys fee

Includes:

  • 2 nights accommodation in single or double room (Sunday 27 October and Monday 28 October) including breakfast. Recommended arrival date: if travelling from abroad, Saturday 26.  We will provide suggestions for local accommodations in spring 2024.

  • 2 dinners (Sunday 27 October & Monday 28 October)

  • 2 lunches (Monday 28 October & Tuesday 29 October)

  • Transfers except for the transfer from the airport/train station to the meeting point of Learning Journey

  • Transfer to the Summit Venue (Hilton Odaiba on Tuesday 29 October)

Does not Include:

The Learning Journeys fee

  • Accommodation on Tuesday 29 October onward - book your accommodation here

  • Dinner on Tuesday 29 October
